Activecoreind offers a free sample with any production order, but only after receiving the production deposit.
If you need a sample before placing a production order, we can provide one for a fee. While we can create samples for any garment, costs can be high for small orders, making it less cost-effective. If you still require a sample, please consider the associated costs.
Yes, but please consult with us first regarding Bring Your Own (BYO) apparel. Some fabrics may not be compatible with certain services—for example, non-polyester t-shirts cannot be used for dye-sublimation printing. Let’s ensure your materials align with your desired results.
We can accommodate rush orders for screen printing and embroidery, but please request it at the time of ordering. If you ask for a rush after submission, we may not be able to adjust our production schedule.
Important: Rush orders incur non-negotiable daily rush fees. Additionally, dye-sublimation printing, cut-and-sew manufacturing, and woven labels cannot be rushed.
Precise color matching varies by service. For screen printing and sublimation, we can mix Pantone colors for accurate results. However, embroidery is limited to the stock colors available from our thread suppliers, as threads cannot be custom-mixed.
